Board Meetings

The Board of Directors for Visit The Woodlands will meet on the dates below. All meetings are open to the public and will begin at 11:30 a.m. unless otherwise noted.

MEETINGS BY VIDEOCONFERENCE

At this time, all meetings are being held remotely through videoconference. Each meeting can be viewed online live, or as a replay. Public comment may be provided by calling in during the "public comment" agenda item. Call-in numbers change for each meeting and are made available at the same time the agenda is released to the public. Once call-in numbers are available they will be added to the corresponding meeting dates below, as well as being a part of the agenda package.
