The Woodlands Resort's lakeside restaurant, Harrison's, is an upscale contemporary American concept serving a spring-inspired brunch this Easter. On Sunday, April 5, guests can enjoy an expansive, buffet-style experience featuring a variety of chef-driven stations.

BRUNCH HIGHLIGHTS

From fresh seafood and carved meats to made-to-order eggs and pastas, there is something fresh and delicious for every palate. Also available this season are dedicated sweets displays and "Easter Elixirs," garnished with colorful Peeps marshmallows, all set against the scenic views of Lake Harrison and the surrounding golf course.

Brunch menu highlights include a seafood station with oysters on the half shell, Gulf shrimp, crab claws, and smoked salmon; a carving station featuring roasted leg of lamb, smoked ribs, and chicken roulade; and a selection of brunch entrées including blackened redfish and Mediterranean chicken Milanesa. Additional offerings include sushi rolls, a customizable pasta station, and brunch favorites like jalapeño-brisket hash, pearl sugar waffles, and pancakes. A selection of pastries, salads, and kid-friendly options round out the menu alongside desserts like carrot cake trifles, cheesecake bites, and a build-your-own crème puff station.
