FIRST COURSE: Caesar Salad, Cup of Traditional Seafood Gumbo, Smoked Gouda Tater Bites, Center-Cut Iceberg Wedge, or Crispy Firecracker Shrimp.
SECOND COURSE: Filet Mignon (6 oz), Blackened Pork Chop with Cajun Andouille Crust (16 oz), Misoyaki Salmon Fillet with Baby Bok Choy and Shiitake Mushroom, Roasted Brick Chicken, or "Land & Sea" (Lobster Ravioli, Braised Short Rib, and Shiitake Mushroom).
THIRD COURSE: Fried Brussels Sprouts, Parmesan Truffle Fries, Garlic Green Beans, Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes, or Smokey Joes's Macaroni & Cheese for two ($8 upgrade).
OPTIONAL FOURTH COURSE ($5): Blue Cheese Butter, Black Truffle Butter, Cognac Sauce au Poivre.
FIFTH COURSE: Frozen Peanut Butter Pie, Crème Brûlée, Key Lime Pie, or Morton's Legendary Hot Chocolate Cake® ($6 upgrade).
