Celebrate World Tai Chi Qigong Day (WTCQD)

Join the world wide celebration of good health and global healing at the 13th Annual World Tai Chi Day - The Woodlands gathering. WTCQD is a worldwide event involving over 80 countries and all 50 states.

The purpose of this day is to introduce the public to the health benefits of Tai Chi and traditional Chinese medicine. The public is invited to attend free workshops and demonstrations throughout the day. Everyone present can join the Qigong and Tai Chi group practices starting at 10 a.m.

Our special guest for 2022 is Master Russel Haws. He has studied several styles of tai chi, pushing hands and several weapons over the past 40 years. Master Haws will be leading participants through the 42 posture form used in international competitions.

Free classes are offered in tai chi, chi gong, and push hands. Stop by and join the millions of people in a worldwide practice.
