Join us for a one-night-only collaboration omakase as we welcome Chef Jassi Bindra (as seen on Season 23 of Top Chef) to collaborate alongside Chefs Patrick Pham and Daniel Lee of Duckstache Hospitality for a special intimate evening at Kokoro Handroll Bar. This special Indian-inspired omakase brings together bold Indian flavors and refined Japanese technique.
The curated ten course menu will feature A5 Wagyu, Hokkaido uni, scallops, Spanish bluefin tuna, oysters, Kaluga caviar, and seasonal fish from Japan's Toyosu Market, paired with a five course premium sake selections. We look forward to welcoming guests for this intimate, one-night-only experience celebrating creativity, craftsmanship, and the meeting of Indian and Japanese culinary traditions.
