Kicking off a bright and beautiful holiday season, the Lighting of the Doves is a long-standing tradition in The Woodlands. Symbolizing peace and good cheer, the ceremonial illumination of the giant doves along The Waterway attracts thousands of visitors each year. Make the most of your time with loved ones by booking your stay in advance, then gather around for a cozy and worry-free winter in The Woodlands.

MORE FESTIVAL ACTIVITIES

This family-friendly festival includes complimentary balloon art, airbrush tattoos, and crafts with The Woodlands Children's Museum (while supplies last). Strolling entertainment will wow the crowd with a variety of talents while live performers showcase their sets on two different stages. With the purchase of a $5 wristband, kids can enjoy wintery snow slides and play areas. Don't forget to tag us in your photos!

PARKING

You can find free parking in many of the lots and garages near Town Center so you can explore the festivities with ease. Accessible parking is available in the Green Lot, and don't miss out on a complimentary trolley ride for a tour of all the local hotspots!
