Produced by The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department, and sanctioned by USA Track and Field (USATF), this one-time-only footrace will light up The Woodlands Waterway on July 2, 2026. With a scenic route and friendly competition, this chip-timed course is a great way to kick off your Independence Day festivities in The Woodlands. Event Details

Enjoy the great outdoors in this fun, community-focused footrace. The competition is open to runners of all abilities but recommended for participants ages 10 years and older. There will not be an Awards Ceremony, but awards will be distributed onsite. Runners are encouraged to dress in their most festive red, white, and blue attire!

PACKET PICKUP

Participant packets will be available for pickup in The Woodlands Township Townhall Board Chambers (2801 Technology Forest Blvd.) from Noon to 6:00 p.m. on the following dates:
