Find savory and sweet soufflés at Rise, a relaxed, elegant bistro that brings France to The Woodlands. Rise first began in Dallas (and was named one of the best 10 restaurants in Dallas by Condé Nast Traveler) before opening another location in Fort Worth, and now, The Woodlands. This is their third location and the first outside of the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In addition to delicious soufflés, Rise also serves a Chariots de Fromage (the finest selection of local and artisanal cheeses from around the world), vin et champagne (flights of wine and bubbly), and a selection of classic French dishes like Brie & Cornichon Baguettes and Steak & Pomme de Terre.
