Harrison’s at The Woodlands Resort is celebrating Mother’s Day with an upscale brunch that has a little something for every mom. On Sunday, May 10, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., guests can begin with baked goods and breakfast items or opt for a savory brunch selection.

Guests can begin with baked goods and breakfast items like scones, mini cinnamon rolls, and pancakes, or opt for a made-to-order omelet from the egg station. The brunch menu features dishes like braised short ribs with charred tomato au jus and lemon-parmesan roasted chicken for more savory options. To add to the brunch plates, Harrison’s will offer a variety of chef-driven buffet options, including a seafood station that features oysters on the half shell, gulf shrimp, crab claws, and smoked salmon, a carving station with roasted New York strip and smoked turkey breast. The buffet will also provide a pasta station, a sushi table, and a salad bar.

Moms with a sweet tooth can build their own crepes with ingredients like spiced banana rum sauce, vanilla whipped cream cheese, and Luxardo cherry mascarpone. Indulge in desserts like lemon blueberry white chocolate tarts, raspberry basil trifles, and honey panna cotta with lavender whipped cream. In addition to the food spread, moms can build their perfect mimosa with fresh juices and bubbly to toast to a lovely Mother’s Day.
