Cindy Heiser
VICE CHAIRMAN
Cindy Heiser has devoted 24 years of leadership and service to The Woodlands charitable and professional organizations. She now serves on the Board of The Woodlands Rotary Club and is a Paul Harris Fellow. She also serves on The Woodlands Art Council Board, served on the 2023 CISD Bond Committee, and is a graduate of Leadership Montgomery County.
She is dedicated to building collaborative relationships, encouraging vital economic growth to keep resident taxes low, and working with law enforcement and public officials to continue the high level of safety and security our community has come to expect.
Cindy is a graduate of The University of Texas and holds a B.S. in Communications, focusing on Marketing and Business Communications. She began her career in sales with Xerox Corporation in Dallas in 1988 and was also a successful sales executive at GE Information Services. Later, she owned a small local design firm, and she and her husband are now franchise owners in The Woodlands and Austin.
Cindy and Craig, a now-retired Accenture executive, have been married for 29 years and raised their two children, Craig and Courtney, here in The Woodlands. They are active at The Ridge Community Church in The Woodlands and in many charitable organizations.
