Patriotic Events in The Woodlands

Join us in celebrating the United States and honoring those who have served our country!

Patriotic Events

Celebrate our nation's history, its heroes, and all things red, white, and blue at the many patriotic events held in The Woodlands. From Memorial Day to Veteran's Day, we invite you to join us as we honor the United States and all those who have served our country.

A young black girl in a red shirt with an American flag butterfly print) blows bubbles at the viewer. Families and vendor tents are scattered throughout Town Green Park.

A group of young men and women are sworn in to the U.S. military. The camera focuses on a row of four initiates (three women, one man) raising their right hands to be sworn in.

Memorial Day

Honor our military servicemen and women during the Memorial Day celebration at Town Green Park. The event kicks off with the National Anthem and a tribute to servicemembers, followed by a festival with live music, children's activities, and a fireworks display set to a patriotic soundtrack. You can also participate in creating care packages for our troops overseas.

A bouquet of red, white, and blue fireworks burst in the night sky over Town Green Park. Hundreds of spectators stare up at the spectacle. Along the horizon are dark silhouettes of trees and a large, inflatable water slide.

4th of July

Make Independence Day a party to remember during one of many patriotic celebrations around The Woodlands! The festivities begin on July 3 with the Star-Spangled Salute at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion. On July 4, enjoy a full day of activities starting with the South County Fourth of July Parade at Market Street and continuing with the annual Red, Hot & Blue Festival & Fireworks Extravaganza at multiple locations around town.
