Noemi Gonzalez serves as the General Manager of Market Street – The Woodlands, a premier mixed-use lifestyle destination located in The Woodlands, Texas. With over a decade of experience at Market Street, including nearly 10 years as marketing director, Noemi brings deep expertise in property operations, community engagement, and placemaking to her leadership role.
Throughout her tenure, Noemi has played a pivotal role in shaping Market Street into one of the nation’s top-performing outdoor retail centers. She has led transformative initiatives such as the revitalization of Central Park and the expansion of Market Street’s event programming to over 250 community-driven events annually. Her strategic partnerships have elevated the property's international luxury profile and enhanced guest experiences.
As General Manager, Noemi oversees day-to-day operations, tenant relations, leasing support, budgeting, and property maintenance across the 560,000-square-foot development. Her mission is rooted in creating a joyful, people-first environment that continues to serve as a vibrant hub for residents and visitors alike.
A longtime resident of The Woodlands, Noemi is deeply invested in her community. She is a sustainer with the Junior League of The Woodlands, serves on the board of The Woodlands Waterway Arts Festival, and volunteers with Interfaith of The Woodlands. Her leadership and vision continue to guide Market Street into its next chapter of innovation and excellence.
