Josie leads the Sales Department for Visit The Woodlands. In this position, Josie oversees all aspects of sales for Visit The Woodlands including sales and servicing efforts, the sales travel schedule, blitz opportunities, FAM events and strategic initiatives.

Ashley is the Senior Sales Specialist for Visit The Woodlands. Ashley’s role includes sales efforts, FAM events, site tour coordination, and attending tradeshows to promote The Woodlands. Ashley also assists with the incentive fund program while working closely with the Servicing Coordinator to ensure that groups have an exceptional experience while they are in The Woodlands for their meeting, convention or event.

Ryan is the Senior Sales Specialist for Visit The Woodlands with a focus on the corporate market and sports market. Ryan’s role includes group lead development, sales efforts, FAM events, site tour coordination, and attending tradeshows to promote The Woodlands to meeting professionals.

Julie works alongside Meeting Planners that bring meetings and events to The Woodlands. Julie oversees the Servicing Program, that offers complimentary resources to qualified groups including welcome bags and printed collateral for attendees, oversight of the Show Your Badge Program, event welcome booth management, off site venue sourcing coordination, partner event planning and more.
