The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is transforming into Little Woodfest for this year’s Children’s Festival—a family-friendly, kid-sized music festival! Presented by Texas Children’s Hospital – The Woodlands, this two-day event takes place on Saturday, November 8 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 9 from noon to 5:00 p.m. Tickets go on sale on Thursday, August 28 and include all performances and activities for $10 per person.

ROCK AND ROLL PLAYHOUSE
Families can jam out with The Rock and Roll Playhouse, the country’s largest kid-friendly concert series. Featuring music from icons like The Beatles, Taylor Swift, Fleetwood Mac, and more, these mini concerts are designed for young audiences with big energy and even bigger dance moves.
Every corner of The Pavilion will come alive with a different music genre, from country and classical to funk and disco, creating a fully immersive, hands-on experience for kids of all ages. Plus, special meet and greets with Baby Shark and Poppy Troll are sure to delight the crowd!

A STREET FOR EVERY BEAT
Inside the Pavilion Event Center, Arts Beat brings a disco-themed creative zone full of hands-on crafts, a community art project and surprise Disco Glow Party breaks. The Arts Stage features performances like Princess Storybook Theater, Boogie Bash with Ms. Jan, Houston Grand Opera, Open Dance Project, and Classical Sing Move Play. For the littlest festivalgoers, Tiny Tunes offers soft play areas, diaper changing stations, and toddler-friendly activities designed just for them.
Rock down to Electric Avenue, where electronic beats and high-energy fun collide with inflatables, a rock wall, a glowing LED dance floor, and a petting zoo. Kids can bounce, climb, and groove all day long.
Get funky at Hillside Grooves on the Pavilion lawn. This rad pad offers parachute games, giant bubbles, and soulful crafts—all in a laid-back, Motown music-filled setting perfect for dancing and play.
Grab your boots and head to Roadhouse Rhythms, where country tunes set the tone for hands-on fun with big trucks, cool cars, real machinery, and a ride on The Rhythm Express train.
Pop Place sets the stage for pop music fun with activities from The Woodlands Children’s Museum, exciting sponsor activations, character meet-and-greets, and live performances by talented local students on the Community Stage. It’s where pop energy meets community spirit.
