Kim Lowe, a 30-year hotel industry veteran, has been awarded Sales Professional of the Year 2021 by HSMAI, a global organization of sales, marketing, and revenue management professionals in the hospitality industry. Lowe is the Complex Director of Sales for The Woodlands Hotels. The premier portfolio of properties - The Woodlands Resort, The Westin at The Woodlands and Embassy Suites The Woodlands at Hughes Landing – is located in north Houston and totals 909 rooms and approximately 100,000 square feet of premier meeting and event space.
Recently acquired in a joint venture between Lowe and an institutional investor, the assets continue to be managed by Lowe’s hospitality management subsidiary, CoralTree Hospitality, and a multi-million capital investment program is in the planning stages.
Lowe, who lives in The Woodlands, has held her current position since September 2020, triumphantly navigating the properties through the pandemic. She attributes much of her success to her associates.

Previously Lowe served for more than four years as Director of Sales for The Westin at The Woodlands, where she was part of the opening team, and prior to that was employed from 2007 until 2017 as National Sales Manager for The Woodlands Resort.
Lowe began her career as a Membership Director for ClubCorp and entered the hotel space at La Torretta Lake Resort & Spa on nearby Lake Conroe, holding a Sales Manager role for 11 years.
