The Dreamer by David Phelps was installed in 1989. The larger-than-life sculpture depicts a barefoot man napping underneath the trees. The Dreamer is 17 feet long and 4 feet high and was created through a lost wax metal casting piece assembly. This iconic sculpture is located in a median at the intersection of West Panther Creek Drive and Woodlands Parkway.
