Ashley Fenner has been named Senior Sales Specialist for Visit The Woodlands.
She will be responsible for developing new group business contacts and booking conference business in The Woodlands to increase Hotel Occupancy Tax and Economic Impact for the destination. Ashley will oversee client accounts, promote The Woodlands as a premier conference and event destination at industry tradeshows, represent the destination at local industry associations, and assist with the fulfillment of FAM events.

Mrs. Fenner was formerly the Sales and Servicing Specialist for Visit the Woodlands and excelled in this role for over 4 years. During that time, she oversaw the servicing programs for Visit The Woodlands. This included developing and enhancing the Show Your Badge Program, offering top-notch servicing assistance to conferences that meet in The Woodlands, developing a Supplier Directory tool for Meeting Professionals, overseeing the wedding market, and so much more. Ashley also oversaw the ordering and inventory of the organization’s promo items.

Ashley received her Certified Tourism Ambassador designation in 2021. She is also involved in Meeting Professionals International Houston Area Chapter (MPI HAC), Texas Society of Association Executives (TSAE), and Event Service Professionals Association (ESPA).
