Run and Done 3.1  

APRIL 19, 2025

The Run and Done 3.1 will take place on Saturday, April 19, 2025 at Rob Fleming Park beginning at 7:00 a.m. This run is produced by The Woodlands Township Parks & Recreation Department and a USA Track and Field (USATF) sanctioned event. The chip-timed 5K course winds throughout the pathway system in Rob Fleming Park, providing a scenic route and fun, enjoyable atmosphere fostering friendly competition. The race is open to runners of all abilities and recommended for participants ages 10 and older. After the race, registered participants and their guests can enjoy an egg hunt, sponsored by Tachus Fiber Internet, in Rob Fleming Park! Egg hunt participants must be accompanied by a registered athlete with a race bib. The egg hunt will begin at 8:00 a.m. and will continue while supplies last. Baskets/buckets not provided.

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Registration Policy: Capped at 550 participants. Registration fee is $35 and includes finisher medal and participant packet. Participant shirt is available in limited sizes and quantities (Youth Large through Adult 2XL) for $15. Participants must register/purchase the shirt no later than March 28, 2025. Shirts will only be available to purchase at Packet Pickup and on Race Day if inventory permits, and will be $20. 

Refund Policy: 100% of your entry fee will be refunded until March 21, 2025. Refunds will not include Active.com processing fee. Refunds can take up to 3 weeks for processing. Please email the department to request a refund.

There will be no race day registration.

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION

Parking will be located at Creekside Forest Elementary, New Haven House of Prayer, and Rob Fleming Aquatic Center. Bib List will be available at a later date. Bag Drop will not be available onsite.

PACKET PICKUP

Date: Wednesday, April 16, 2025 through Thursday, April 17, 2025

Time: 12:00 - 6:00 p.m.

Location: The Woodlands Township Townhall (2801 Technology Forest Blvd.) Follow signage and enter through the main entrance.

PLEASE NOTE: Only participants who have pre-registered and paid for Race Day Packet Pickup will be allowed to pick up their packets Race Day.

RACE RESULTS & PHOTOS

Race results to be posted no later than 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 19. All photos will be available for quick, easy online purchase no later than 2-3 days after the event. Please direct all questions to orders@raceshots.net.

Awards will be distributed to participants onsite and provided as follows:

• Overall Winner - Male and Female
• Overall Masters Winner - Male and Female (40 years and up)
