The "Fountain" by Otto Rigan was installed in 2006. Made from solid limestone with a glass and mirror inlay, the fountain is 8 foot 9 inches tall, 1 foot 5 inches wide, and 2 feet 8 inches long. The sculpture includes moving water and lights up during the evening and night.
