"Revoluta" by Corbin Bennet was installed in 1980. The sculpture was installed in 1980. The stainless steel sculpture stands to be ten and a half feet high and fans out to be five feet wide. Corbin used a shot-peened technique in constructing the sculpture, which was then brushed, giving it a beautiful finish. The office building in which Revolta sits in front was the former home to Mitchell Energy & Development, a venture of The Woodlands founder George Mitchell. It is said that Mitchell personally selected the art piece for installation.
