Riva Row Boat House offers a variety of ways to spend an incredible day on the water. Whether you're looking to enjoy a romantic swan boat ride under the stars or a kayaking excursion for the whole family, Riva Row is the place to be. This boat house is also conveniently located within walking distance of Market Street, The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Waterway Marriott Hotel & Convention Center, and more. There's a Town Center Trolley stop nearby where you can take a free ride to all the hotspots in town!


RESERVATIONS & PRICING
Riva Row is open for walk-in rentals but encourages reservations to ensure equipment availability. All prices are for the first hour. For an additional $10 per hour, customers on kayaks or paddleboards may add up to two additional hours. Customers on swans may add up to one additional hour. Additional hours must be reserved as they cannot be extended while on the water. Life jackets are provided with all rentals.
Insider Tip: If you want to bring your furry friend along, dogs are allowed to ride in kayaks for no additional fee. Tandem kayaks are recommended if your dog cannot comfortably sit in your lap.

Due to the outdoor nature of these activities, hours of operation are subject to change. Please see the Riva Row Boat House website for current hours and live availability.
PARKING
Free parking is available in the Green, Blue, Orange, and Yellow Lots, located directly south of the boat house. You can also find free and paid parking options in the Gold Lot and Town Center Parking Garage, located between The Woodlands Waterway Marriott and The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion.
