Celebrate the official start to summer with a trip to The Woodlands for our annual Memorial Day celebration! This festive celebration on Sunday, May 30 from 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. includes live music, strolling entertainment, fireworks, and much more. Join us for this fun family-friendly event while you kick off the summer.


5:00 PM | Welcome and National Anthem

5:10 PM | Live Music: Performed by Walkin' the Line - A Tribute to Johnny Cash. 

6:30 PM | Keynote Speaker and Our Community Salutes Ceremony

7:15 PM | Live Music: Performed by Yelba, a local Latin/Variety musician.

8:55 PM | Fireworks: A seven-minute fireworks display, choreographed to a patriotic soundtrack.


The Our Community Salutes Ceremony is for The Woodlands community to recognize, honor, and support local high school seniors who plan to enlist into the U.S. Armed Services upon graduation. Attendees will have the opportunity to witness these individuals get sworn in as their military journey begins. Please join us in supporting them.

The following are self-parking options located near the Memorial Day Celebration at Town Green Park. Preferred parking at the Town Center Parking Garage is available for a fee. Free guest parking is available within walking distance of the festival at the orange, yellow, blue, and white lots. Other designated parking areas include the surface lot at the southeast corner of Lake Robbins and Six Pines Drive and the parking lot located at 9669 Grogan's Mill Road.
