From July 29 to August 2, 2024, Visit The Woodlands will celebrate event servicing professionals during Celebrate Services Week, organized by Event Service Professionals Association (ESPA) National. This year's theme is "Services Champions - Going the Extra Mile!".
"We are looking forward to celebrating the event servicing professionals in our community," said Nick Wolda, President of Visit The Woodlands. "They truly do go the extra mile in making sure every event in The Woodlands exceeds client expectations."
Visit The Woodlands will celebrate servicing professionals at several hotel properties in The Woodlands with partner pop-ins throughout the week. The team will also show their appreciation for Visit The Woodlands own Servicing Specialist, Julie Quinn.
Julie oversees Visit The Woodlands' servicing program, which provides a variety of complimentary services for meetings and groups in The Woodlands. From welcome bags to information booths, Julie works with meeting clients to add a special touch to their events.
Along with providing promotional items and information booths, Visit The Woodlands servicing includes off-site venue coordination, transportation coordination, team building activities, group dining, and other suggested activities. The highly popular Show Your Badge program is also a servicing program offered by the team.
"Our servicing program offers complimentary and impactful services to our clients," said Josie Lewis, Director of Sales for Visit The Woodlands. "Our program is an extension of our client's team, working to ensure they have an incredible experience hosting their event in The Woodlands. Julie, our Servicing Specialist, goes above and beyond to make sure our clients events go smoothly."
Having a servicing program allows Visit The Woodlands to offer support to servicing teams at hotel properties across The Woodlands, as well as meeting clients who are planning events. With this in place, everyone is able to work together and create a highly impactful and memorable event.
