Kim Lowe is the Complex Director of Sales for The Woodlands Hotels, including The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton; The Westin at The Woodlands; and Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands at Hughes Landing. Director Lowe has been part of The Woodlands hotel sales community since 2007. A leader in hospitality for over 30 years, she began her career in private country club membership development, and then gained experience in Conference Centers and Resorts. 11 years later, Director Lowe joined The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton.
In her ten years at The Woodlands Resort, Director Lowe concentrated on business development in the southeastern US, on vertical and geographical development in the pharmaceutical industry and northeastern US territory and fostered internationally attended meetings by a local technology company. Leading the Team in outside sales, she then became the Director of Sales for The Westin at The Woodlands, a new build hotel located in the business district of The Woodlands. After effectively launching The Westin, she became the Complex Director of Sales of three successful assets including The Woodlands Resort, Curio Collection by Hilton, The Westin at The Woodlands and Embassy Suites by Hilton The Woodlands at Hughes Landing, organizing and deploying one team to achieve strong revenue goals for all properties. She is gregarious, joyful, strategic, and a heart-led leader who creates high-functioning teams that drive results. In 2021, Director Lowe was named Sales Professional of the Year by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International. Recently, she was recognized as the 2023 Sales Leader of the Year by CoralTree Hospitality.
