Market Street is partnering with Houston Methodist Neal Cancer Center at The Woodlands in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month for a special photo opportunity and dedication on Thursday, Oct. 5.

This special evening, which also coincides with the Wine Walk at Market Street, is dedicated to breast cancer survivors, and all who have been touched by this disease are encouraged to attend. The breast cancer dedication will take place at approximately 6:30 pm.

Additionally, attendees can enjoy the Danny Ray Street Band’s blend of tunes from throughout the decades from 6:00 – 8:30 pm, as part of Market Street’s Fall Concert Series.

Throughout the month of October, guests to Market Street will notice it is shining bright under pink lights as part of the “Light It Up Pink”.

Market Street Lights Up Pink for Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Breast Cancer Awareness display throughout Central Park and at several nearby buildings. Shoppers on rainy days during the month will be able to borrow a special pink umbrella as they browse between retailers or visit one of Market Street’s signature restaurants. Pink lip butter will be available at the Central Park concierge desk as well as designated retailers, and signage throughout the property will display Breast Cancer Awareness Month facts reminding women why it is important to get an annual screening mammogram.
