COURSESIDE
When you think of The Woodlands what first pops into your head? Before I moved to the area, I knew The Woodlands as a town with beautiful trees and great golf. After moving here and fully experiencing all that is available, I now know it has much more to offer!
An event in The Woodlands is represented well at The Woodlands Country Club, where you have incredible views within the newly renovated Legacy Ballroom. This space has great natural lighting, windows that show off the gorgeous golf course, and a central fireplace that takes your breath away. It also has a picture perfect wrap around balcony that is ideal for a cocktail hour or group breakaways. With the option to use the full space or break the room into three separate areas, the Legacy Ballroom can host as many as 500 all the way down to an intimate board meeting. As an added bonus, the team at The Woodlands Country Club has been known to organize fun out-of-the-box group activities right outside the ballroom doors. From Goofy Golf, to scavenger hunts and relay races, the options are endless for a fun team building activity!
STAGESIDE
Here in The Woodlands we are lucky to have The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion right in our backyard. Ranked as one of the top ten amphitheaters in the world, The Pavilion brings in some incredible artists each season. Today, this once small vision of our founder George Mitchell has turned into the heartbeat of The Woodlands.
With such rich history and many famous feet that have walked The Pavilion stage, this is one location that will leave your attendees in awe. Within The Pavilion, the recently renovated Woodforest Bank Club is a space you don’t want to miss out on for your next event. The venue has over 15,000 square feet, two floors, three swanky bars, a catering kitchen, and a deck that has a boastful view. Signed photographs and memorabilia of the many incredible performances that have taken place on its stage hang on the walls. You can also rent out the stage for group team building activities, a gorgeous wine dinner or a personalized activity to enhance your event theme.
LAKESIDE
The Woodlands is known for many things, but one of our favorites is The Woodlands Waterway. Tranquil, beautiful, and just outside of the box, this is the perfect landmark to help get those creative juices flowing in your attendees. Landry’s Seafood restaurant on The Woodlands Waterway has the perfect setup to highlight this beautiful feature and they have incredible meeting space.
The Lake Robbins Room can accommodate groups as large as 100, and we encourage you throw open the French doors and let the party spill out onto the outdoor patio overlooking the water. The cabana bar offers an extensive collection of specialty drinks that can be enjoyed at linen-topped high tables that lend an easy elegance to any function. Insider tip: If you are looking for a place to host the best corporate crawfish boil, this is it!
